Mark Gross, President and Principal Architect, has over thirty years of experience in residential design and land planning. Mark received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Architecture from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona and is a California State Licensed Architect. He is a member of BIA, 50+ Housing Council, and the American Institute of Architects.

Doug McBeth, Senior Designer, has been in the architectural field since 1984. Doug has worked on light commercial and residential design projects, focusing on single-family, multi-family, and semi-custom projects.

Ron Stubblefield, Project Manager, has been with the company since 1974 and has extensive experience in the field of architecture. Ron has worked on single-family, multi-family, and semi-custom projects throughout California, Arizona, Nevada, Washington, and Colorado.

Kevin Sadamitsu, Project Manager, has over 28 years of experience in the architectural field and has worked on single-family, multi-family, and semi-custom projects. Kevin has a strong background in single-family tract and custom homes.

Brian Wilkinson, Project Manager, has over 32 years of experience in the architectural field and has contributed his knowledge and experience to single-family, multi-family, semi-custom, and custom home developments throughout California, Utah, Nevada, and Arizona.

Karoline Sadamitsu, Color Specialist, has over 11 years of experience in the architectural field and specializes in color selections and colored renderings for single-family, multi-family, custom, and semi-custom homes. Karoline has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Graphic Design from California State University, Fullerton.
