Ken Carrell, Founder

As the principal-in-charge on all projects, Ken Carrell brings a wealth of experience and expertise to ARE Associates. His background includes millions of square feet of building spaces, extensive land planning, commercial development, retail architecture, office buildings, restaurant construction, industrial projects, custom and tract residential, and interior design. Additionally, Ken has performed hundreds of building surveys for due diligence compliance, project refinancing, and compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act. He is currently licensed in California, Arizona, Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, and Texas.
