Stilian, the company has grown from a small, local business to a reputable, mid-sized electrical contractor. Meet Our Team
Our team is comprised of experienced, licensed electricians, apprentices, and fire alarm technicians. Many of our employees have been part of the Stilian Electric family for 30 years or more, demonstrating our commitment to employee development and retention.
- James N. Stilian (President): With over 40 years of industry experience, Jim founded the company in 1979. He takes pride in the quality of our work and has never missed a deadline.
- Diane J. Stilian (Vice President, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Human Resources): Diane handles essential administrative tasks, including accounts payable and receivable, health insurance, and company benefits.
- John M. Dunbar (Vice President, Fire Alarm): John joined Stilian Electric in 2001 and has grown the company's fire alarm customer base significantly. He estimates and manages electrical projects and holds certifications with Notifier Fire Alarm Systems.
- Paul A. Soule (Vice President, Construction): Paul began his career with Stilian Electric in 2001 as a job site foreman and fire alarm technician. He now oversees daily scheduling of our field staff and manages electrical projects.
- Ronald S. Russell (Safety Officer): Ron is a licensed electrician and ensures compliance with company safety policies, maintains records, and provides employees with necessary information to keep them safe on the job.
