Our History
CDI Contractors was founded in 1987 with the sole purpose of constructing retail facilities for the upscale department store retailer Dillard's Inc. Over the years, we have expanded our services to cater to private and public industries, building facilities for government, banking, industrial manufacturing, retail, education, hospitality, offices, healthcare, and many more. Today, we are proud to have served many high-profile clients and have amassed an impressive and award-winning portfolio, with some of the most notable facilities in the state being built by CDI, including the Bank OZK corporate headquarters, Donald W. Reynolds Razorback Stadium renovation at the University of Arkansas, the U.S. Marshals Museum in Fort Smith, the historic Robinson Center renovation, and the William J. Clinton Presidential Center.
