Scott has more than 25 years of experience in construction and project management, including specialty commercial and residential work, and has been building homes since 2012. Amanda has a background in business, specializing in analytics and project management, and is passionate about custom home design.

• Project Management: When you build your home with us, you will work directly with Scott from start to finish. We carefully track progress, communicate with contractors and suppliers, and work with our clients on custom design selections.

• Lot & Land: We recommend finding the right lot before getting a house plan, and we can help with both. If you already have your desired lot and home plan, then we are ready to use our experience and expertise to perfect it, finalize it, and break ground on it.

• Custom Home Plans: We partner with experienced draftsmen to take the first physical step in constructing your home: putting your ideas on paper. Before drafting, we will assess the lot's slope and terrain in order to integrate your home plan to the land.
