Our Founders
Larry Kaelin, our founder and owner, brings over 28 years of experience in geothermal system design, installation, and operation to the table. With a background in HVAC and 12 years of service and installation experience, Larry has sold, designed, and overseen the installation of over 500 geothermal units during his career. Additionally, he holds certifications in gas and heat pump service and installation.
Martin Madden, our co-founder, has over 26 years of experience in the HVAC industry, with 11 years as an installer and service technician. He has extensive knowledge of residential and commercial equipment and a deep understanding of geothermal heating and cooling systems.
