Donald Geise, our founder, has been in the construction industry for over 50 years, starting as a high school student. He has extensive experience in cabinetry, carpentry, estimating, project management, and ownership. His mission is to provide superior craftsmanship with exceptional customer service.

Joining the company as a second-generation craftsman, Keith Geise brings 25 years of experience in the construction industry. He has been working on job sites since he was a kid, learning the trade from his father. Keith earned his bachelor's degree in Construction Management in 1999 and has been using his education and experience to mix traditional methods with modern approaches in the company's projects.
