At 3rk architecture | design, we are a team of passionate individuals who share a common goal: to create timeless, sustainable, and contextual environments that inspire and nourish. Our team is led by Frank Karreman, a seasoned architect with over three decades of experience in the Pacific Northwest. Frank's expertise spans from commercial and retail to residential projects, and he is registered to practice architecture in Washington, Oregon, and California. He is also a LEED Green Associate and has a proven track record of delivering high-quality, sustainable designs.

Frank is supported by a talented team of professionals, including Carlos Alvarez, our associate and lead drafter. Carlos brings extensive experience in construction documentation and management, and is a LEED Accredited Professional and Certified Sustainable Building Adviser. He oversees our computer design applications and database, ensuring that our designs are both visually stunning and functionally sound.

We are also fortunate to have Akhila Poojar, a skilled architectural consultant, working remotely from Bangalore, India. Akhila provides valuable expertise in SketchUp computer models and 3D conceptual studies, allowing us to bring our designs to life in a way that is both intuitive and engaging.

Our team's ability to collaborate and communicate effectively is enhanced by the contributions of Aimee Triana-Alvarez, principal designer at AMT Design. Aimee brings her expertise in interior appointments, research, and selection of materials, furnishings, and lighting fixtures, ensuring that our designs are not only beautiful but also functional and cost-effective.
