SMC Pest Management was founded by husband and wife team Stephen and Margaret Crosby. Our story began with Stephen working at another pest service company for almost 6 years, where he learned the ins and outs of pest control and got certified in all aspects of pest control, including termite, lawn, and fumigation. With his in-depth understanding of insects and their habits, Stephen started his own business in 2003, with his wife Margaret by his side, answering phones and scheduling services. Today, our family-owned business has grown, and our son, who has graduated from school, helps out in the business.
