Services
Drain Cleaning & Hydro Jetting
Our drain cleaning services utilize high-pressure water jetting and video inspection technology to remove blockages caused by grease, tree roots, and debris buildup. This non-invasive method thoroughly cleans pipe walls while preserving system integrity. Technicians can clear lines ranging from 2" to 8" diameter in residential and commercial properties, restoring optimal flow without excavation. The process typically completes within 2-4 hours depending on system complexity.
Sewer Line Video Inspection
We employ color video inspection equipment with pinpoint location tracking to identify sewer line issues without destructive digging. This technology detects cracks, leaks, root intrusions, and blockages in underground pipes beneath concrete and foundations. The diagnostic process takes approximately 30-60 minutes, providing real-time visual assessment and precise repair location identification for cost-effective solutions.
Trenchless Pipe Lining
As certified Perma-Liner installers, we offer trenchless pipe lining solutions that reinforce damaged sewer lines without excavation. The epoxy resin system creates a durable, jointless inner pipe that bridges missing sections and stops infiltration. Installation through existing access points typically completes in one day, with cured liners providing 50+ years of service life according to ASTM standards.
Water Heater Installation
We provide installation and replacement services for various water heating systems including tankless, hybrid, and solar-powered models. Our technicians handle gas, electric, and propane systems with proper venting and pressure regulation. Standard installations complete within 4-6 hours, including removal of old units and connection to existing plumbing infrastructure.
Gas Piping Services
Our licensed gas piping division handles residential and commercial installations, repairs, and conversions using corrosion-resistant materials. Services include propane/natural gas line installation, appliance hookups, and system upgrades with energy-efficient options. We follow strict safety protocols and local code requirements, with typical residential projects completing within 1-3 days depending on system complexity.
