Our owner, Tom Stanley, has extensive experience in the asphalt paving industry, gained from working with his family's business and another paving company in Richmond. He recognized the need for reliable and efficient asphalt paving and maintenance services in Gloucester County and decided to form his own company.

Tom's Paving began operations in Gloucester County with a focus on seal coating and small maintenance projects for parking lots and driveways. Over the years, we have expanded our capabilities to meet the demands of commercial and VDOT projects while continuing to provide top-notch service to our residential customers. We work closely with local companies to source the finest products and achieve the best results.

Asphalt paving and maintenance is a challenging industry, requiring hard work and dedication. Our team operates in extreme temperatures, from 250-300 degrees for asphalt to 100-degree days, but we are passionate about what we do. We strive for excellence and work with integrity to ensure customer satisfaction.

Our services include gravel, asphalt paving, resurfacing/overlays, seal coating, pothole repair, crack filling, line striping, and signage. We offer fair prices without compromising on quality and accept various payment methods, including cash, check, cashiers check, and credit/debit cards (with an added 3.5% convenience fee).
