With over 3 generations of experience, we have established ourselves as Northeast Wisconsin's leading general contractor. Our story began in the early 1920's, when Frank O. Zeise started building houses. Even during the Great Depression, his business thrived, and in 1945, he founded Frank O. Zeise Construction Company. Over the years, our company has evolved, adapting to the changing needs of our clients and the construction industry. Today, we continue to manage all types of commercial construction projects, including medical, educational, professional office buildings, municipal/industrial facilities, religious, mixed-use, retail, and multi-family developments.
