Our Leadership
Our leadership team is comprised of experienced professionals who are dedicated to delivering exceptional services. Our Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer, Pat Mills, has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from New Mexico State University. With over three decades of experience in the electrical industry, Mr. Mills has held various positions, including distribution design and operation engineer, substation design and operation engineer, and head of the Panhandle Division Relay Department.
