Established in 2019, The Lighting Group (TLG) is a culmination of Howard Lighting Sales, Lambda Lighting Group, and The Lighting Group Northwest, combining over a century of industry experience and expertise. Disappointment with Sales and Customer Service

Limited Availability
The company has a great selection of products, but unfortunately, they do not sell to installers, retailers, contractors, or the general public. This limited availability was a major letdown for the reviewer.
Uninformed Customer Service
The reviewer also had a poor experience with the customer service representative they spoke with on the phone. The representative was not familiar with the company's products, which added to the reviewer's frustration.
