Our History
Our story began with Woodharbor Kitchen & Bath offering innovative and dependable design options for kitchens, bathrooms, and other interior dwelling spaces. In 2013, we expanded our cabinetry options to include Woodharbor Breeze for more budget-conscious customers. With a limited but desirable range of cabinet door styles and finishes, Breeze cabinets have received a positive response from builders, remodelers, and Central Iowa homeowners.
Our Design Process
At Woodharbor Kitchen & Bath, we understand that every project is unique, and we take the time to listen to our customers' needs and desires. Our design process is divided into four steps, allowing us to tailor our approach to each individual's vision and budget.
Step 1: Complimentary Design Consultation
Our design process begins with a complimentary consultation, where we will measure your space, discuss your vision and budget, and share initial ideas.
Step 2: Initial Design Plans and Product Selection
In the second step, we will present an initial design plan for your space, including general space planning and a remodeling cost range. A non-refundable deposit is required for the next steps.
Step 3: Product Selection and Revised Design Plan
During the third step, we will help you select the perfect products, including cabinetry, countertops, hardware, lighting, and flooring. We will present a revised design plan with multiple perspectives and a project scope that reflects your selections.
Step 4: Final Project Review, Contract Agreement, and Product Ordering
In the final step, we will present a finalized design plan, including drawings, a detailed project scope, and a remodeling schedule. This will give you a comprehensive overview of your project, and we will work with you to finalize product ordering.
