Over the years, we have expanded to a 22,000 square foot facility in Ankeny, Iowa, and now offer a wide range of services and products, including granite, quartz, and Dekton countertops.

Our team consists of experienced professionals who have an average of 10 years of experience in the industry. We guarantee all of our installations for a period of one year, and our installers have passed extensive background checks. Meet the Owner

Brad Chafa, born in Des Moines, Iowa in 1959, has a strong Iowa connection. He completed his entire school education in Des Moines, culminating in his 1978 graduation from North High School. His college journey began with two years at Iowa State University, ultimately leading him to graduate from Drake University in 1983. Brad's dedication to quality and customer satisfaction has been the driving force behind Tops Unlimited's success.
