Howard T. Arata, President of HTA Plumbing & Mechanical, Inc., has 40 years of plumbing experience in new construction and remodeling services and has done business in the Las Vegas area for 27 years. Howard is on the board of the PHCC (Plumbing Heating Cooling Contractors of Nevada).
