Brent Vincent, co-founder of Western States Plumbing, has extensive experience in the plumbing industry, having owned and operated a successful plumbing business in Utah and playing a key role in the success of Krahenbuhl Plumbing. His expertise in multi-family, single-family, commercial, and service work has been invaluable in growing Western States Plumbing into the thriving business it is today.

John Marsden, co-founder of Western States Plumbing, brings his journeyman plumber and plumbing contractor background to the company. His expertise in writing plumbing and plumbing-related licensing tests for 23 states and his consulting work for a national testing service have made him an invaluable resource for the company. As Sales Manager at RCR Companies, John played a crucial role in turning the company's financial situation around, and as Vice President of Krahenbuhl Plumbing, he was instrumental in increasing volume from $1.5 Million to almost $15 Million.
