Our experienced team, led by Managing Partners Jason Watts and David Linsalata, is dedicated to delivering high-quality construction services to our clients. Our Services
We offer a wide range of services, including pre-construction, construction, and post-construction services. Our expertise includes feasibility studies, permitting, general contracting, and project management. Our team is comprised of skilled tradespeople who can perform various phases of construction, from framing to finishes. We also work with a network of subcontractors who meet strict licensing and insurance requirements.
Pre-Construction Services
Before construction begins, our team will work closely with clients to create a shared vision and determine goals and expectations. Our pre-construction services include feasibility studies to evaluate project feasibility, permitting to obtain necessary permits and licenses, and budgeting to ensure quality results within budget and timeline.
General Contracting & Project Management
To deliver the highest quality of work on time and within budget, we provide several levels of project management and contracting services. Our project management roles include Jobs Foremen, Production Supervisors, and Project Managers who coordinate their skills and expertise to execute each construction project as a team. We also offer project management and contracting services tailored to the requirements of individual projects.
In-House Construction Services
UrbanBuilt has the capacity to self-perform many phases of construction, including carpentry, masonry, and painting. Our in-house crews are comprised of talented tradespeople who efficiently produce high-quality work on all of our projects.
Subcontracting
For phases that we do not self-perform, we hire skilled and licensed tradespeople as subcontractors. Our subcontractors meet strict licensing and insurance requirements and have worked with us on numerous successful projects.
Post-Construction Services
We do not stop at quality construction; we also offer project close-out services, limited warranties, and optional maintenance programs. Our commitment to our clients extends long after the completion of the project.
Project Close-out
The final stage of the construction process is known as Project Close-out, during which we assist our clients with the final reconciliation of project financing and walk them through all documentation for warranty, maintenance, and service programs.

Our client support extends long after completion of the project. We offer maintenance programs that go beyond the standard warranty and service plans, and are customized to meet the specific needs of each client and project.
