Who We Are
Kirk Commercial Construction, LLC is a licensed unlimited general contractor in the states of South Carolina and Georgia, dedicated to providing a superior construction experience. Our company was founded in 2011 by Chris Kirk, a native of Columbia with 30 years of experience in the construction industry. We believe in building relationships and striving to deliver a "zero punch list" project without numerous change orders.
What We Do
As a general contracting firm, we provide a wide range of services, including retail and office expansions, renovations, and maintenance work in the Midlands of South Carolina and surrounding areas. Our expertise spans commercial interior renovations, additions, and new construction, as well as property maintenance and small repairs. Our comprehensive services cover commercial construction needs, from retail to industrial and foodservice construction.

Our team consists of project managers, superintendents, estimators, and service managers who work together to ensure the success and client satisfaction of every project. Chris Kirk, our owner, has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry and oversees all projects. Stella Alosi, our Director of Finance and Administration, brings over 30 years of construction accounting experience and expertise. Our team's goal is to provide exceptional service to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
