In addition to design for new construction, we also specialize in historic renovation. Bringing redevelopment ideas for urban cores and finding new ways for architectural and urban design to enhance the surrounding cities and regions ensure that history is both preserved and ready for the future. Poor Customer Service Experiences
Lack of Responsiveness and Snobbish Behavior
Two reviewers, Chris Campbell and Cody P., shared their disappointing experiences with a company's customer service. Both reviewers felt that the company's representatives were unhelpful and dismissive.
Rudeness and Disrespect
The secretary was particularly singled out for criticism, with Cody P. describing her behavior as "beyond rude" and treating him "very poor". This perceived disrespect was enough to prompt Cody P. to take his business elsewhere.
Unwillingness to Assist
Chris Campbell was similarly frustrated when his simple question was met with indifference. He felt that the company's representatives were too busy to spare five minutes to help him, and instead blew him off.
