At Beaches Construction, we've built a reputation for delivering exceptional results in the restoration of commercial and residential properties. With over 37 years of experience, our team has been privileged to work on a wide range of projects, from condominiums and apartment complexes to hotels and resorts. Our story began in the early days of industry giants like PPG, Pittsburgh Paints, and industrial and architectural coatings. We've come a long way since then, evolving through a series of companies, including "The Paint Expert" and "TPE Structures, Inc."

Making a Name for Ourselves

In 1999, we opened an additional office in Panama City Beach, FL to capitalize on the seasonal fluctuations in demand. This strategic move enabled us to diversify our portfolio and expand our services to the burgeoning Panama City Beach market. Our growth and success led to the eventual transition to Beaches Construction Company, LLC in 2008. The same year, our managing partner, Ken Karr, earned his Florida Certified General Contractor's License, (Fla CGC #1516934).
