About Us

Founded by Procter McInnis and his father George McInnis, McInnis Builders has maintained a long-standing reputation for excellence in construction. This legacy began six decades ago with George's father and McInnis Brothers Construction, Inc. of Minden, Louisiana. Procter and George launched this new firm in Florida in 2005, bringing their 60 years of experience and management expertise to the Gulf Coast market.

• *Procter McInnis, President*: A graduate of Louisiana State University, Procter has 24 years of construction experience. As President, Chief Estimator, Project Manager, and Head of Marketing and Business Development, Procter leads the company with expertise and dedication.

• *George McInnis, Chairman of the Board*: A civil engineering graduate of Louisiana State University, George has over 50 years of experience as a construction company owner and manager. His active involvement in business development and strategic planning ensures the company's continued growth and success.

• *Burtt Howle, Controller*: With a background in construction and development, Burtt brings 15 years of experience to McInnis Builders. His focus on contracts, purchasing, job cost accounting, project billings, and other construction management aspects ensures the company's efficient operation.
