Our History
MANS Construction Company (MANS) was founded in 2005 by our CEO, Martin Salgado, with a vision that went beyond personal success. Alongside his wife, Norma, they aimed to create opportunities for their employees and families to experience upward mobility. Today, Martin and Norma proudly pass the torch to Frankie Torres, who now serves as the President of MANSCo.
The Company Timeline:
- 2006: The Leap of Faith - Martin and Norma Salgado took a leap of faith and decided to open their own civil construction company.
- 2009: Started work with DOD and WSMR
- 2019: A New President - Frankie Torres assumes role as President, introduces MANSCo with a foundation of core values; Safety, Quality Control, Professionalism, and Customer Service.
- 2022: Voted #1 In New Mexico For - Voted one of the fastest-growing organizations in NM, achieved with a focus on relationships, doing what we say when we say, and how we say it.
- 2022: Opened a second office in Albuquerque, NM.
