RPI Company was founded over three decades ago as a subsidiary of National Properties, Incorporated (NPI), a privately held real estate corporation that was purchasing and managing existing garden apartment communities in Southeastern Pennsylvania. Our company was initially formed to provide property maintenance and construction services almost exclusively for NPI, covering three operating divisions: Painting, Landscaping, and Mechanical/General Construction Services. As NPI expanded its growth in the 80's and 90's, including the development and construction of their own communities, RPI followed suit by acquiring new equipment and talented personnel.
