Our Story

Our founder, Trey Strong, is a native Lubbockite who graduated from Monterey High School and earned his Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Texas Tech University. Trey's passion for building started early on, and he honed his skills by working for Highland Homes in Dallas for four years, where he successfully managed the construction and completion of over 100 custom homes. Returning to his hometown, Trey founded Trey Strong Custom Homes with the goal of creating homes that reflected his own values of quality, integrity, and community.

• Dusti Carter, our Executive Administrator, has been an invaluable member of our team for over 24 years. With two master's degrees from Lubbock Christian University, she is the heartbeat of our office operations.
• Allison Orr, our Interior Designer, has a degree in Interior Design from Texas Tech University and thrives on building relationships with clients to turn their dream homes into reality.
• Alberto Alba, our Construction Manager, has been immersed in the construction industry since 2013 and is a dedicated member of the 2023 West Texas Home Builders Association.
• Sean Barnes, our Superintendent, brings years of invaluable experience and is the youngest member of our team.
