At the heart of McGuire Builders are our two founders, Randy and Rick McGuire. With over 75 years of combined experience in the construction industry, they've built a reputation for excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction. Randy, our Vice President and Founder, brings a deep understanding of design and construction management, while Rick, our President and Founder, has a lifelong passion for building and a commitment to excellence.
