G & S, Inc. is a privately held, family owned construction company that has been active for over 45 years. Our company was founded by Elliott Gosch in 1973, and has since grown to become a leading general contractor, construction manager, and developer in the Nebraska market. Throughout the years, we have completed projects across various sectors, including office buildings, financial institutions, industrial/warehouse buildings, medical facilities, retail and shopping centers, religious facilities, recreational buildings, automobile dealerships, and various tenant improvements.

Our Leadership

At G & S, Inc., we believe that people are our greatest asset. Our leadership team is comprised of experienced professionals who have dedicated their careers to the construction industry. Elliott Gosch, our CEO, founded the company and remains actively involved in feasibility studies, site selections, and other aspects of the projects. Brad Gosch, our Chief Financial Officer, oversees all office operations and financial aspects of each project. Steve Gosch, our President, is responsible for managing the company's construction projects, from estimating to project management. Jason Unger, our Vice President, has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry and plays a key role in cost estimating, value engineering, and project management.
