The two reviews mention a company's poor reputation and customer service. The first reviewer, Mr. Broomstick Oat, rated the company 1 star and described their experience as "HORRIBLE." He called the company to get a quotation on a solar installation on an apartment complex but was hung up on by the receptionist when he mentioned the apartment complex.
