WHO WE ARE

JST Architects, founded in 1975, is a leading design firm specializing in the death care industry. With over four decades of experience, we have become a trusted partner for funeral homes, cemeteries, and mausoleums across the nation. Our team of architects and interior design professionals is dedicated to providing expert design services with a compassionate approach. Our principals are highly experienced registered architects, holding licenses in over forty states, and are active members of the American Institute of Architects, Texas Society of Architects, National Council of Architectural Registration Boards, the Dallas Chapter of the American Institute of Architects, and the Catholic Cemetery Conference.

PRINCIPALS

*Bob Killingsworth*, a registered architect and graduate of Texas Tech University, began his career at J. Stuart Todd, Inc. in 1985. With his extensive expertise in design and urban planning, he quickly established himself as the lead project architect and designer. In 1991, Bob, alongside John Gary, acquired J. Stuart Todd, Inc., and has since served as President of both J. Stuart Todd, Inc. (JST Architects) and JST Interiors (1992). Under his leadership, JST Architects and JST Interiors collaborate seamlessly, ensuring meticulous attention to detail in every aspect of a project, both inside and out.

*John Gary*, a distinguished graduate of Texas Tech University, joined J. Stuart Todd, Inc. (JST Architects) in 1991 and was named Vice President upon his and Bob Killingsworth's acquisition of the firm. John brought extensive expertise in managing stringent environmental, air quality, and neighborhood requirements in sensitive areas such as Los Angeles, San Francisco, and New York. A registered Architect and Interior Designer, John holds licenses in several states and is an active member of the American Institute of Architects and is certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards.
