From initial concept to final selection of materials and finishes, we will guide you through the process of creating an interior space that reflects your personal style.
Landscape
Balancing exterior form and interior function, our landscape architecture team creates outdoor environments that complement your home and allow you to enjoy every bit of your land. We will work with you to design an outdoor space that is both functional and beautiful, incorporating hardscapes, softscapes, and water features that bring your vision to life.
Design Process
Our design process is built around a collaborative, team-oriented approach that involves five distinct phases:
1. Schematic Design: We'll start by reviewing your initial wish lists, budget concerns, and local zoning restrictions, and then explore many different ideas with you.
2. Planning Permit: We'll navigate the planning permit process, including neighborhood outreach and public hearings, to ensure that your project is approved.
3. Design Development: We'll develop the design both inside and out, including virtual walkthroughs, site features, and planting, custom trim and millwork design, lighting and electrical plans, and preliminary floor, ceiling, and wall finishes.
4. Construction Documentation: We'll develop the drawings required for construction, bidding, and submittal to the local Building Department for construction permits.
5. Construction Administration: We'll remain at your service and completely accessible to you and your contractor throughout construction, providing a combination of site visits and ongoing communication.
