Poor Experience with Glen's Landscaping
Lack of Professionalism and Quality Work
Several reviewers had a terrible experience with Glen's landscaping services. Breana Noble gave Glen's services only 1 star, stating that he was extremely rude and unfriendly. When she informed him that she couldn't afford his price, he became dismissive and told her that their yard would resemble their neighbors' yard, which was allegedly a well-manicured lawn. However, the reviewer claimed that their yard looked exactly the same as Glen's own yard, which was not well-maintained.
Another reviewer, Jeff Green, gave Glen's services 1 star as well. Although he found Glen to be a "super nice guy" initially, he was disappointed with the quality of work. Jeff had hydroseeding performed but the seed was spread too thin and not in the area he had requested. He sent a text with follow-up questions, but Glen didn't respond for 6 days. The results were unsatisfactory, with the grass being yellowish in color and very sparse.
Conclusion
It seems that Glen's landscaping services lack professionalism and quality work. Both reviewers were unhappy with the outcome of their projects and felt that Glen was not responsive or concerned with his customers' satisfaction. They would not recommend his services to others.
