Poor Experience with Design Company
Unreliable and Unresponsive
The reviewer, Rick Price, had a terrible experience with a design company that was hired to design a small project building out a retail space in an existing building. The company failed to deliver on its promise, missing the deadline of January 2020, and still, in October, the plans were not complete.
Excuses and Dishonesty
The reviewer was disappointed with the company's lack of transparency and honesty. They claimed that the company provided a new excuse every day, which led to a breakdown of trust. The reviewer questioned the company's ability to handle larger and more complex projects.
