Designing Homes for Families, Spaces that Fosters Community

Architecture for a Change

At Chameleon Architecture, we believe that design is not just about creating aesthetically pleasing spaces, but also about making a positive impact on the world. Our team of dedicated architects, designers, and project managers are passionate about crafting buildings that not only serve their purpose but also contribute to the betterment of society.

Housing

Our housing projects are designed with the intention of creating homes that are not only beautiful but also sustainable and affordable. We have worked with various clients, including Bethlehem Catholic Mission Farm, Our Lady of Lavang Vietnamese Community, Cornerstone Corp for Shared Equity, Ryland Homes, OTR Community Housing, and Cincinnati Housing Partners, to name a few. Our goal is to create homes that are not only functional but also livable, and that foster a sense of community and belonging.

Retail

We understand that a retail store is not just a physical space but a representation of a brand's identity. Our team of experts has designed and implemented retail stores for clients such as Haggar Clothing Company, Gildan/Gold Toe Outlet Stores, Macy's, and LeCreuset Kitchenware. We believe in creating spaces that are not only visually stunning but also efficient and functional, allowing customers to have a seamless shopping experience.

Non-Profit

As a non-profit organization, we understand the importance of creating spaces that promote a sense of community and social responsibility. Our team has worked with various non-profit organizations, including The Archdiocese of Cincinnati, Archdiocese of Indianapolis, Samaritan's Purse, St Benedicta of the Cross Parish, and Mother Teresa Catholic School, to create spaces that inspire and nurture the human spirit.

Archives

Preserving the past is essential for our collective understanding of ourselves and our world. Our team has had the privilege of designing and implementing spaces for archives, such as the Archdiocesan Archives, that preserve and protect priceless documents, papers, art, vestments, books, and drawings.

Sustainability

At Chameleon Architecture, we believe that sustainability is not just a buzzword but a way of life. We incorporate sustainable design principles into our projects, using natural materials, minimizing waste, and reducing energy consumption. Our commitment to sustainability is evident in projects such as Bethlehem Farm, a sustainable community that provides a living space for missionaries and volunteers.

Master Planning

Master planning is not just about creating a blueprint for a physical space but also about creating a vision for a community. Our team has worked with various clients, including St Teresa Benedicta of the Cross Parish, to create campus master plans that promote a sense of community and social responsibility.

Design Process

Our design process is centered around collaboration, communication, and creativity. We work closely with our clients to understand their needs and goals, conducting site visits, surveys, and interviews to gain a deep understanding of the space and its purpose. We then use this information to create a comprehensive design that is functional, sustainable, and aesthetically pleasing.

Values

At Chameleon Architecture, we value creativity, collaboration, and sustainability. We believe in creating spaces that inspire and nurture the human spirit, and that contribute to the betterment of society. We are committed to making a positive impact on the world, one building at a time.
