At National Pools & Spas, we pride ourselves on being a family-owned and operated business that has been serving the Phoenix East Valley area for over two decades. Our journey began in 1993, when Joel and Lissa Hadley started providing pool services from the back of their sports car and station wagon. With their hard work and Midwestern work ethic, our client base quickly grew through word of mouth. In 1996, Jerry Littleton joined the company to help manage the rapid growth we were experiencing. Today, we continue to provide exceptional service and expertise to our customers, making us the go-to choice for residential swimming pool and spa services.

Poor Customer Service and Quality
Several customers had disastrous experiences with Joel Hadley, the owner of National Pools and Spas.
