Our Process

Pre-design: We begin by conducting a site visit to discover the needs and goals of our clients. We then create a 3D model of the site and begin the design process.
Schematic Design: We treat design as an iterative process, refining options and gathering feedback from our clients. We use 3D modeling software to create immersive experiences for our clients and ensure that they can visualize and interact with their design.

Red Flags and Disappointing Experiences
Both reviews share a common theme of disappointment and frustration with the company's performance. The main concerns revolve around poor communication, lack of quality work, and suspicious billing practices.

Tom's experience was particularly disturbing, as he felt the company was unprofessional and untruthful. He paid a retainer fee but received subpar work that was "junk and completely unusable." Tom suspects the company may be using an overseas contractor and believes the firm is capable of good work but failed to deliver it. He was even served with a lawsuit, forcing him to take action.

Rob's experience was equally disheartening. He felt pressured into paying for services that were never completed. The contract specified an additional payment for plan submission to the city, but this never occurred. Rob is skeptical about the company's honesty and transparency.
