Poor Experience with East Village Plumbing
Ripoff and Unprofessional Behavior
Two customers, Roxy Hedmond and Chip Masters, shared their disappointing experiences with East Village Plumbing.
Overpriced Services
Roxy Hedmond was charged $92.54, including tax, for a quote, and was given a quote of $700 to snake the bathtub drain. Another plumber did the same job for $130, leading Roxy to call East Village Plumbing a "big ripoff".
Unreliable and Unprofessional
Chip Masters had a frustrating experience with the company's reliability. He tried to schedule a repair for his wall-mounted gas furnace twice in October 2020, but the technician never showed up. Despite agreements on a time window, the company failed to send someone, and only called back at 1:30 pm to inform Chip that no one was available that day.
