At Make Moves, we understand that moving can be a stressful and overwhelming experience. That's why we offer a variety of services to cater to your unique needs and preferences. Our moving process is designed to be efficient, effective, and tailored to your requirements. We are constantly striving to improve our services and exceed your expectations.

Our Services

We offer three main types of moving services: Labor Only, Moving Only, and Full Service. Each service is designed to cater to different needs and preferences of our clients.

Labor Only (I need some manpower!) - This service is perfect for the DIY customer, one-way moves, or someone who needs items moved around their home. We send out our movers fully equipped with tools to help tackle your projects. You provide the truck, the pod, the garage - you get the drift.

Moving Only (Just move me!) - This is our most popular service. We bring the truck, moving supplies, and movers. You pack your boxes, totes, and other belongings. We load and unload your items for you. Need help breaking down and setting up beds, mirrors, etc.? No problem, we do that too.

Full Service (Our Turnkey Solution) - This is the complete move - we do it all! We come to your home or office and walk through every step of the moving process, answering any questions you may have. We'll handle all the logistics - our experience and expertise will put your mind at ease. Specialty request? No problem. Just ask.

Our Process

At Make Moves, we have a simple and efficient moving process. It starts with research, where you read over our website, check out our Google, Yelp, Thumbtack, or Angie's List reviews, and make sure you feel comfortable with us and how we do things. Be sure to check other Pittsburgh moving companies you are shopping have all necessary licenses, are insured, and carry workers' compensation policies.

Next, you request an estimate by submitting your information below or calling into our office. Depending on the size and complexity of your job, we do offer free in-home/office consultations in and around the Pittsburgh area. Once we have all of your information, we send an estimate directly to your email.

After reviewing your estimate, you can confirm the details we discussed. We want to be accurate. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us with any follow-up questions. We also offer moving customer reviews on our site.

If everything looks good, simply click the green "ACCEPT" button in the upper right-hand corner of your estimate. Once you've accepted your estimate, you can review it at any time via email. Of course, if you choose to decline, that's okay, too. There are no deposits or obligations of any kind. We'd just prefer a heads-up!
