TEDCO Construction provides specialized construction services to Owners and Architects in a variety of construction applications. We take pride in our ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and with a focus on sustainability. Our commitment to excellence is evident in our numerous Green Building Alliance LEED Certifications.

Management Team

James Frantz, our President, graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in Construction Management. Since joining the firm in 1992, his role has been to lead the firm's growth and continue as an active participant with our projects. James is involved with several construction industry associations and serves as a board member with non-profit organizations.

Bryan Clark, our Vice President of Estimating, graduated from Penn State University with a degree in Architectural Engineering. He has been in the commercial construction industry since 2000 and is responsible for all phases of pre-construction.

Kyra Sarver, our Asst. Vice President of Client Relations, is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a degree in Business and Marketing. She also holds an Associate Degree in Graphic Design and serves on various boards including BOMA, NAWIC, SMPS, and many others.

Superintendents

Our supervisory team is composed of experienced and highly-trained persons with the capabilities to manage subcontractors and provide professional support from start to finish on every project. Their priorities are safety, quality control, and adherence to schedule. Regardless of project size, TEDCO's attention to detail is unmatched.
