At Elevation Homes, our team of two members - Tim and Chaundra Toussaint - is dedicated to providing personalized service and attention to detail. Tim, our President, has a Graduate Master Builder certification from the National Association of Home Builders, making him one of the top 4 builders in Colorado with this prestigious designation. Chaundra, our Vice President, is a Licensed Realtor in Summit County and has a background in Chemical Engineering, providing a unique perspective on project management and customer needs.

Our Process

Our process begins with a face-to-face meeting with our team to discuss your goals and vision for your new home. We then create a concept plan and budget for your review and approval. Next, we create a detailed set of blueprints and a site plan, followed by a comprehensive estimate for your project. Once all aspects of the project are agreed upon, we execute the build contract, permitting, and begin construction. Throughout the process, we maintain open lines of communication, ensuring that you are fully informed and satisfied with the progress of your project.
