Our dedicated team is led by Christopher Rice, who founded the firm with the belief that if you love what you do, you will do it well. With over 35 years of experience in shore area custom residential architecture, Chris is always striving for perfection and looking for new ways to create great architecture along our many waterways. Dustin Brown, an integral part of the firm's success, brings his knowledge of construction drawings and AutoCAD to the table, making him a leader in the firm. Steve Dembinski also joins us with 17 years of experience managing commercial and residential projects, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team.

• Design and Construction Drawings for Custom Residential Homes: Our main focus at Rice and Brown is designing custom, traditional homes. We provide complete design services from concept to completion.

• 3D Photorealistic Renderings: During the design phase, we can provide color and ink sketches, images, and full renderings to help our client better visualize their desired home, as well as use for any necessary presentations, such as Planning Board hearings. We also have the ability to create 3D images of the project to further enhance the visualization process.
