Our Story

Founded in 1990 by two equally talented and diverse registered architects, David H Feldman and Marjorie Dopart-Feldman, Feldman & Feldman Architects has been built on the principle of providing a multi-disciplined approach to design and construction. Our partners' different backgrounds and expertise, combined with the thoughtful inclusion of our clients in the design process, ensure that no two projects are ever the same. This commitment to individuality is what truly sets us apart and allows us to fulfill our mission of making your house a home.

Our Services

At Feldman & Feldman Architects, we specialize in high-end custom residential home design, but our expertise extends far beyond that. Over the years, we have worked on a wide range of projects, including commercial, waterfront, educational, religious, professional, food service, hospitality, assisted living, residential developments, residential renovations and additions, commercial renovations and additions, industrial, historical preservation, fire and storm restoration, agricultural, bank/financial, hotels, shopping malls, supermarkets, warehouses, day care centers, automotive, bars and coffee houses, gymnasiums, fire stations, community service, funeral parlors, stables, spas, and recreational facilities.

In 2004, we launched an Interior Design Division that specializes in Residential Interior Design and Commercial Space Planning. This division allows us to provide our clients with a more complete design package, including a better grasp of the project being proposed and a more accurate overall project budget.

Our Expertise

David and Marjorie are members of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and are currently licensed in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Virginia, Maryland, Vermont, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Maine, Rhode Island, and Texas. Marjorie is registered by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB). Feldman & Feldman Architects is also LEED certified (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design).
