Featured Projects

One of our most notable projects is the Indiana Fire Hall (West), commissioned by the Indiana Fire Association in 2010. This stunning multi-use facility serves as housing for select volunteers, equipment storage, event space, and administrative offices. Our work on this project not only showcased our design capabilities but also led to our involvement in the development of the Indiana Fire Association's downtown location, currently under construction.

Another significant project is the Milton Public Library, which has been a cornerstone of Milton, PA since 1923. Our recent addition includes learning and rental space, making it a truly unique library in the state of Pennsylvania. The library's commitment to innovation and community engagement aligns with our values at Thomas R Harley Architects.

We are also proud to have worked on the West Pike Station, a 12,500 square foot facility for the Citizens' Ambulance Service of Indiana County. This green space features training facilities, offices, and six ambulance garages, showcasing our expertise in designing cost-effective and sustainable buildings.

Meet Our Team

At the heart of our success is our team's diverse range of skills and experiences. Thomas R Harley, our head architect, has designed a wide variety of projects throughout Western Pennsylvania and Indiana County. He is particularly experienced in providing design and construction services for low-income, elderly, and family residents, as well as having a special interest in historic preservation. Jessica A. Riffer, our experienced project manager, has worked on numerous residential and commercial projects, including group homes, physical rehabilitation facilities, and fire halls. Timothy L. Morris, our senior architectural drafter and production manager, has been an integral part of TRH Architects since 1993, working on projects ranging from single-family homes to commercial and educational facilities.
