Our largest build was a 24,000 + square feet, 16 unit executive apartment building at Greenwood Hills. We also offer subcontract framing services to the best developers and builders in our area, including pre-fabricated structures for quicker turn around times.

Our team is led by Dustin Gruett, a seasoned professional with a passion for building and construction. Dustin has been in the industry for over 20 years, starting his own company at the age of 20. He has worked with several well-known builders and developers in the area, including participating in numerous Parade of Homes events. Dustin's wife has been the biggest influence in his professional career, always encouraging and supporting him to be the best person and builder he can be.
