And they did so - every time. Some of the jobs couldn't be estimated in advance (the rot repairs, for example), so we treated these jobs as Time & Material, which meant that the specific tasks would depend on what we found, and that I would pay costs as they occurred. And it turns out that this arrangement went very well - primarily because the Outside/In carpenters communicated so well, and they were so good at recognizing and resolving problems. So, yeah - if you want to get your job done - and be very satisfied with the results - I'd recommend this company. I have been very pleased with their work since day one."
