Low Slope Roofing

Low slope roofing is a crucial aspect of our services. We can categorize roofing into two main categories: low slope roofing and steep slope roofing. While steep slope roofs allow water to flow easily, low slope roofs require more planning and engineering to remove water. We achieve this by adding slope while insulating the roof deck, making drains, gutters, or scuppers the lowest point on the low slope roof.

Types of Low Slope Roofing

We install various types of low slope roofing, including:

• Bur Roofing: Comprised of multiple layers of reinforcing fabrics and bitumen, covered with a layer of bitumen and aggregate surfacing.
• Modified Roofing: Similar to BUR, but without a layer of aggregate.
• KEE (Ketone Ethylene Ester): A single-ply roof membrane with high flexibility and durability.
• PVC (Polyvinyl chloride): A single-ply roofing membrane with a reflective surface and resistance to chemicals.
• TPO (Thermoplastic polyolefin): A single-ply roof made from synthetic materials, offering reflective properties and resistance to chemicals.
• EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer): A single-ply system using synthetic rubber, offering flexibility and resistance to weather conditions.
