Established in 1977 by Gary Frana, and incorporated in 1977, Frana Companies has grown from a small construction firm to a renowned organization with a reputation for delivering high-quality projects that meet and exceed our clients' expectations.

Our History

Over the years, we have had the privilege of working on a wide range of projects, from 15-story poured concrete condominium towers to 300-unit townhome communities, and complex interior renovations. Our clients, comprising developers, business owners, corporations, religious groups, and government agencies, have trusted us to deliver their vision. We take pride in our ability to create a partnership on every project, from the simplest to the most complex.

What sets us apart is our commitment to excellence. We believe that every project needs senior staff and that means our clients will never be saddled with inexperience. Our senior staff members have enjoyed almost zero staff turnover during the past 45+ years, which is a testament to our dedication to our people and our company's values. Many of our senior staff started with us working at the wall plant and on job sites. We recognize exceptional skills and potential for management excellence and give our team members the opportunity to grow and develop their skills.
