Our team, led by husband and wife duo Philip and Lori Evans, specializes in residential and commercial building projects, as well as custom home building and interior design.

Philip, a state of Florida-certified general contractor, has more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry. He is not just a hands-on contractor; he is present on every job site, ensuring that each project meets his high standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Lori, an American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) member and a University of Florida graduate, has over 20 years of experience in custom home building and interior design. She stays updated on the latest design trends and helps translate them into your dream home.

We are proud members of the Builder's Association of North Central Florida (BANCF), the Florida Home Builders Association (FHBA), the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), and the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID). Our family, which includes five wonderful children, calls Jonesville home.
