Our Story

Our journey began back in 1982 when our founder, Tracy Winters, started building and remodeling custom homes around the North Shore of Chicago. Over the years, we have grown and evolved, expanding our services to include log home construction, floor plans, and cabin series. Our team has worked on commercial rehab projects, including restaurants and independent businesses, and has even partnered with Pella Windows to provide top-notch window installation services.
