About Us

Founded in 1988, Coast and Harbor is a woman-owned, minority-owned business enterprise (MWBE) and a small disadvantaged business enterprise (DBE). We are certified in Massachusetts and other states as a Minority and Woman Owned Business Enterprise (M/WBE) and as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE). Our mission is to assist public, private, and institutional owners to successfully manage the design and construction of their facilities.
